Central Tyre Service began in 1950 with a simple conversation between two neighbours, Ian Crosby and Bill McKendrick. What started in a modest shed on Fryers Street quickly grew through a reputation for tireless workmanship and a "customer for life" philosophy.

In 1952, we moved to our current home at 117 Welsford Street, where we have remained a fixture of the Shepparton landscape ever since. Today, we honour our founders by maintaining the same local roots and dedication to service that started it all.
